Failure to Report Incidents: In the event of an accident or damage, it is mandatory to report the incident promptly to our team.

Crossing UAE Borders: Please refrain from taking the rented vehicle outside the borders of the United Arab Emirates. Any attempt to do so is a violation of our terms and conditions.

Maintenance: Attend to basic vehicle maintenance, such as checking tire pressure and fluid levels. Report any mechanical issues promptly.

Cleaning: Return the car in a reasonably clean condition. Excessive dirt or stains may incur cleaning fees.

Authorized Drivers: Ensure only authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement operate the vehicle.

Secure Parking: Park the vehicle in safe and designated areas. Avoid parking in restricted zones or locations that may lead to fines.
